Robin Berg Tabakin, Esq. is the founder and President of Technoforce LLC. She has extensive expertise in workforce and community development, supplier diversity, and stakeholder engagement. She serves as President-Elect of New Jersey State Women’s Chamber of Commerce and is the Co-founder and President of the Women’s Center for Entrepreneurship Corp., an SBA Women’s Business Center. She is also a founding member of the New Jersey Diverse Business Advisory Council (NJDBAC).

Ms. Tabakin served as Chairwoman of the New Jersey Government Records Council from 2007 - 2024 and is a Past President of the New Jersey Board of Public Utilities Supplier Diversity Development Council. Additionally, she served two terms as President of the New Jersey Association of Women Business Owners (NJAWBO).
